Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging if possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items without original tags
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Personalized or customized items
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Log into your account and go to "My Orders" or contact customer service
- Get Authorization: You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package Items: Place items in original packaging with tags attached
- Include Documentation: Print and include the return form with your RA number
- Ship: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate "Exchange" on your return form
- Specify the size/color you'd like
- If the requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- We apologize for any inconvenience

International Returns

Store Returns
Items purchased online can be returned to our physical stores (if applicable). Please bring your order confirmation and the items in their original condition with tags attached.
